Gluetun - DNS warning

Hi!

I've got today a warning in Gluetun:

[dns] ⚠️⚠️⚠️  keeping the default container nameservers, this will likely leak DNS traffic outside the VPN and go through your container network DNS outside the VPN tunnel!

I haven't changed any of the settings inside this container. I think I'm too green in VPN technology to understand what should I change.
Can anyone help?

This is no support forum for Gluetun. A lot of questions have been asked and answered already regarding DNS_KEEP_NAMESERVER=on, resolv.conf and 1.1.1.1.
