Based on the little screenshot you are using Windows. Please bind qBittorrent to the tunnel interface. This is done in the Advanced section of the settings > Bind to interface. Select Eddie WinTun and restart qB, then try again. Also, I assume that the port you forwarded matches the port you set in qBittorrent.
