VPN is constantly disconnecting.

I get this message when I try to load onto a server:
All wintun adapters on this system are currently in use or disabled.
OpenVPN > Exiting due to fatal error
Disconnecting

I added an extra TAP-Windows which it asked for but now I get this. It was easy to find a solution for the TAP adapter but I am not sure with the Wintun. I wasnt sure if doing the same process would be wise so I left it alone.
