Bluetit AirVPN daemon SSH & IP 3 does not work?

Hello, I use Bluetit on one of my servers.

It works out of the box however, my ISP throttles download speed, using the normal the Eddie client I would use the SSH protocol with IP 3 and the downloads are no longer throttled.

How can I implement this using Bluetit?

Well, learn C++ and implement it.
As for how to use it with Bluetit, it's not supported at the moment. Please use Eddie CLI for this.
