Plex says I'm connectable outside my network for about 3 seconds then says I'm not

Hello, I am trying to host a Plex server using a Windows PC and every  time I try to set my port it will say it can connect and then a few seconds later it will say it cannot
I attached a GIF to show my problem
Any help goes a long way 😁

Ok, Apparently it is. I went into a remote computer and checked and it is. Last time this happened it was mad at me about how the quality wouldn't be good or something and I tried to troubleshoot and gave up and just tried again recently. I apologize.

Hi all
you must to edit the file generated by AirVpn (the.ovpn)
just add the followings lines:
# PLEX over WAN
route plex.tv 255.255.255.255 192.168.1.254

after the line remote
client
dev tun
remote vpnserver.xxx.xxx 443

recreate you vpn connection, try and enjoy
don't forget to open the plex port in you box.

Need to allow the incoming TCP port you use for plex in windows firewall

I have exactly the same problem.  Please can you tell me where I can find the file the.ovpn ?
