Eddie for multiple users on one Mac

Hello,
I'm thinking about creating multiple users on my Mac and logging them in at the same time.
Each user will have its own purpose with special software. Each user should use a vpn connection. (It doesn't matter if they all use one connection or each has their own connection).
Can I use Eddie with multiple users logged in at the same time?

As far as I know, Eddie creates the configuration files inside the <user> folder, so two users will not be able to share one configuration file. Right?
But Eddie creates a utun that is available to all users. Right?

If I start Eddie in the first user account, can all users use the same utun?
Or does each user have to launch their own instance of Eddie to create a separate utun?

This doesn't seem like something that will break your system if you tried it out yourself, so the community would appreciate your research into this.
