Can Eddie auto change servers on Win11 like on Linux?

Recommended Posts

Hi there,
I've been a longish time user of AirVPN, primarily on Linux machines. I have been using Win11 primarily for running Steam games & some web surfing. Something that troubles me is that I can't seem to be able to get Eddie to automatically change servers when one becomes too slow (overloaded or whatever).

On Linux this isn't a problem, as Eddie changes the Air server when required behind the scenes.

I don't know if I am missing something or not. Is such behaviour is beyond Win11? Or (as is more likely) am I just being thick & I've missed an obvious setting in Eddie?

Thanks for your time. :)

It… does? That's news to me. More like OpenVPN reconnecting by itself after inactivity timeouts.

NOT AN AIRVPN TEAM MEMBER. USE TICKETS FOR PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT.

LZ1's New User Guide to AirVPN « Plenty of stuff for advanced users, too!

OK. That's just the way it looked to me... Obviously I wasn't looking hard enough. lol

I can't run AirVPN/Eddie on MX these days. No idea why. The forum staff there weren't very helpful so I just kind of slunk off.

Anyway, thanks for your reply. :)
