Hi, what does actually the amount below the server means?
197/1000 Mbit/s
Doest it mean that 197 Mbit/s is possible with this chosen server?

No. It means 197 Mbps is currently in use out of a nominal capacity of 1000 Mbps. So this is a lightly loaded server.
