spikler 0 Posted ... (edited) I tried to setup AirVPN on a newly acquired Windows 10 desktop, installed Eddie vers. 2.21.8 but it wouldn't connect to any servers. I think it kept getting stuck on ipv4 routes. So I went to the Client Area on the website, then 'Your VPN Devices', 'Manage' and then clicked on 'Renew'. This didn't solve the issue for the new pc, and now it seems to have messed up my connection to AirVPN on my Windows 10 laptop which has been working fine for years now, where it gets stuck on AUTH_FAILED then disconnecting. I uninstalled Eddie from the laptop and then installed the latest Eddie client, but to no avail, same problem. The notification that keeps coming up on both machines says - 'Authorisation failed. Look at the client area to discover the reason' But I can't find anything in the client area that explains the problem. Edited ... by spikler Quote Share this post Link to post
OpenSourcerer 1450 Posted ... You need to explicitly relog in Eddie as only relogging triggers a fetch of the available keys in your account. Uninstalling doesn't touch the home directory, so neither the profile nor any caches are changed. Quote Hide OpenSourcerer's signature Hide all signatures NOT AN AIRVPN TEAM MEMBER.
