Problem with aMule when changing VPN server

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone, I've been connected to a NL server for a while and have decided to change server.
Both my NAS and aMule connect to the new server without problems, my downloads run smoothly but the other e2k clients no longer find me in the e2k network.
Approx 10 hours afer changing the VPN server I still didn't have any other users downloading from me and I usually have tens of them.

I'm not sure how the e2k network works but I believe that any user is identified by the ID number (not by the IP), thus changing the IP should not affect the way your file are found in the network, otherwise people with dynamic IP would have this issue.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Maybe you bound the client to a specific IP? Or changed something else that statically sets some preference?
