ANSWERED [Solved] port forwarding noob question for wanting 2 ports.

So I got Media grabber working on port XXXXXX and it works nice and fast and on my forwarded ports it is enabled and set to all devices. Do test open and is is good
Media server is set to port YYYYYY and on local network i can see it but on my cell phone when wifi is turned off no connection. check my forwarded ports and see it enabled, all devices, port YYYYYY. Do test open and is no good.

I would like both ports to work on the -all devices- as i kinda need 2 ports to have what i want to run to run. As of right now both can't be reached from outside my local network and would like to correct that. 
Advice please.

Do make sure the media server is listening on all interfaces (0.0.0.0 on v4 and :: on v6).

Restarted the computer and logged out and logged back in on eddie and it now works
