glitchgod 0 Posted ... So just installed the Eddie client on ubuntu desktop. I set the sudoers file to say everyone is admin to stop the popups for password (I know the risk but i couldn't get cli to AutoStart via bash and im a noob so a gui is best for me). I set the network to a static ip on my network. Disabled ipv6 Login in to the eddie and choose a different state then me. Check firefox -> google "what is my location" -> results show my current city not the vpns. Check random websites that show where i am and it shows the vpn city. Made sure i didnt login into firefox or any websites so not sure how google knows. Did i do something wrong or is google using google track something else? Quote Share this post Link to post
