Alkes: google.com Gets Redirected to google.com.hk

This has been a little strange to track down, but I finally figured out that when I connect to Alkes and then go to google.com, it redirects to google.com.hk. When I connect to a different proxy, say, Bootes, the problem disappears. Below are tests of each different proxy:

https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=test
https://www.google.com.hk/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=test

I let them know the other week and was told it's a Google issue that they can't do anything about until Google fixes the geolocation for that IP.
