Can someone please take a quick look at these port forward settings and tell me what is wrong? connection always times out when testing if port is open.

Hi,

First off here are my port forward settings on air VPN and on the program i am trying to use:

i have been trying to port forward using air VPN for months. I cannot get it to work.

I have read many guides and posts on this forum and it seems very straight forward, however when i test it - i always get 'connection timed out' as seen in the image above.

Also, my programs tell me 'No Direct Connection' which also means the port isn't forwarding correctly.

The guides on here all say that i do not need to do anything to my router (pfsense) only configure the port forward in Air VPN.

So, what am i doing wrong? maybe i am fundamentally misunderstanding something.
