ANSWERED Netherlands servers in RU?

Hi,

Sometimes when I connect to a random server in the Netherlands, then connect to YouTube, it takes me to the RU page.
This happened a few months ago then went back to the Netherlands page. Now I'm back to the RU page again.
Can anyone tell me what's going on there?

That's a good explanation and clears things up. I honestly thought anything RU had been wiped from the face of the Western world.
