How to fix max 5 concurrent sessions? Which I don't have

I think I found a glitch. I fired up Eddie and it won't connect to any server and reports it failed to connect because I have hit the limit of 5 max concurrent sessions. This can't be true because I only use the VPN on my PC and occasionally on my phone. When I go into the client area, it reports i have 1 device (which i renewed, deleted and created a new one, but it didn't fix the problem). And secondly it states in the Sessions section "There are 6 sessions active on this account. Max 5 concurrent sessions allowed." When I click View Details there is nothing in there except the note "You have never connected to any server. If you are facing issues with our service, please do not hesitate to contact us." I have never given out my password and I'm definitely not using this on 6 devices. Is there a way to reset or fix this?

There was something like this in the past, but it's supposed to be fixed. Nevertheless, it seems that the cause can be local, too:As there are only vague explanations for what exactly caused this, please try a support ticket as well.
