VPN often detected and blocked

Hi, now VPN are often detected and website refuse connexion with vpn, i've not this problem often but now it's.

The last one is simply archive.org, i've a blog i use with vpn and when a post an article, i archive it on archive.org and the last time it said the ip is blocked , i was using airvpn like every time (and its not often, i d'ont post even one post per week) , other like archive.is ask for a capcha, every time i use vpn, but it's not a problem of quantites, because archive.org and archive.is block before even one page saved and i use a tool without vpn to save webpages with my other computer, i can save one page every two or three minutes for more than one day without being blocked...

Another problem is my access provider, when i use vpn to send email with their servers, i have often problems, like smtp connexion expired, but if i try without vpn, the message is send without problem.

More and more on internet we see problems of security, website are a lot with https, secure, but why block vpn, it's like a https connexion for all connexions !?
