Checked the box "Force Usage Of Old Tap driver" reaches "Checking Route IPv4" and disconnects.
OpenVPN driver 2.5.7 and tried 2.6 - the result is the same.
Other VPN services work.

Please do that. Then try connecting again. When it fails, submit a system report instead.
