Cheking IPV4 stuck

Hello,
I have some trouble tonight, I can't connect to the VNP since it freezes on "checking route IPV4". Impossible to cancel also.
I'm on windows 10 64 bits.
I have the sae trouble on 2.21.6 version.
I recently change my internet source, I had a home connection before, and now I'm connected by my phone.
