Haedus & Iklil Upload speeds

With OpenVPN and Wireguard both, Haedus and Iklil are giving uploads speeds that are in the 10 to 20 mbps instead of the usual 400+ I get. I tried Lich and got 452 MBbs up. I am using AES-256-GCM. I've tried different UDP ports and the issue only happens with Iklil and Haedus.

Not sure what is going on with the upload speeds on these servers. If it was something on my end, I would assume Lich would have given me the same issue but it doesn't. Any idea what is going on?
