It's even a necessity to remain hidden for as long as possible. Any kind of proxies like acutal proxy servers, VPNs or even compromised devices with an internet connection will do. Though, using paid VPNs is tricky because you'd have to… well, pay, and therefore make noise, and you'd want to remain as quiet as possible. In any case, this answer is much more polite and thorough than an average answer about these things. But you will not get anywhere with your report, I'm afraid.
