Well my torrent magnet downloads stopped working till I changed Connections in Tixati connections settings from TAP-Windows Adapter v9 to Eddie Tunnel. Newer versions prefer the wintun driver and create a different virtual network interface for this, with the pretty name Eddie Tunnel. TAP is considered obsolete. wintun's purpose is the same, though.
