Fair.org is blocked from Canada services/servers (All servers in Canada tested) & serveral other countries - USA and others. Works through proxies inside tunnel... but not through tunnel. Changing DNS doesn't help.

Won't ping either. Traceroute shows cogent.

Just a heads up for fair.org (fairness and accuacry in reporting)
