Can't access advanced.jhu.edu

I'm having difficulty accessing https://advanced.jhu.edu/

For roughly half of all host DNS doesn't even resolve https://airvpn.org/routes/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fadvanced.jhu.edu (chrome error: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN)

Of the other half, the majority appear to be blocked by Wordfence (403 Forbidden) even though the routes page gives a 200 status.

Occasionally I do get through but I have to cycle through many servers first. Today, for example, I connected to 7 servers that had a 200 status on the routes page before I found a server where the page loaded.
