ANSWERED Which server is fastest?

let's say i'm physically in new york and wish to connect to a canadian server.
how do i know which one to pick if i want the fastest connection?

montreal is the closest.
toronto has the most
vancouver is the least busy
do i just  say "canada" and let eddie pick one? or should i manually select one based on one of the above criterion?

the scoring rule ranking changes between latency and speed. is that a consideration?
