Many AirVPN US Exit IPs appears in various RBLs which may frustrate access to third party sites?

I've been fighting with this for the past several days. Ursa (64.42.179.51), for example is listed among several (including Barracuda):

https://www.dnswatch.info/dns/rbl-lookup?host=64.42.179.51&submit=RBL+Lookup
https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a64.42.179.51&run=toolpage

This may frustrate access to many sites, for example the USPS login page, or various sites hosted at DreamHost. It appears this may be clearing up now, but it was definitely a factor over the past week or so.
