If you like the google stuff on the startpage of the provider?!
Lets say for me ,its a bad sign.

• An affiliate program and a dedicated program for YouTube creators to earn money for promotion of the service.
• Android app contains profiling trackers. So much for "At Altas VPN privacy is our core value", which is the first sentence in the Privacy Policy.
• No Linux support. Not open source. No OpenVPN support?
• Some hefty discounts everywhere, but so many servers and allegedly "1000+ affiliates"? These numbers don't make sense, unless there's a particular source of income…
• Based in the US!
• No GDPR mentions in the PP.

This one seems to focus on the mobile market to make a quick buck with the whales of the app stores. The hefty discounts look like they target Play Store pricing. The Play Store is full of VPN apps like these. I'd say, avoid.
