Can't Load AirVPN website

Trying to set up a new computer and I can't log on airvpn.org.

The error I am getting is SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG.

Not working on firefox, chromium, or opera.  Can't load on safari on my iphone either.  I've tried the suggested fixes I could find googling (trying http://airvpn.org, clearing browsing data/using private browsing window; messing with security.tls.version.max; and one or two other things I can't remember). 

Any advice?

Edited to say I can post this because I can log on via a second computer that has AirVPN running...
