Huitzilopochtli 1 Posted ... (edited) Hi. I kindly ask if someone can help me to solve a couple of problems that I have not found by searching a bit on the forum. My OS is Win 10 Home fully updated. 1- I've set AirVPN to start with the operating system and at the same time connect automatically, but I've noticed that using this setting the OS doesn't shut down and I have to do it manually (the usual Windows message appears warning that is trying to close the program that prevents shutdown but the operation fails). 2 - On all adapters (both wi-fi and ethernet) I keep IPV6 disabled). With the other VPNs I have used in the past (Mullvad and ProtonVPN) I have never had problems, but now - during the connection - I receive continuous notifications (I don't know if from Eddie or from Win) asking me to activate IPV6 on the adapter even if the connection succeeds... after many attempts. 3 - I have enabled the option to activate the Network Lock at startup but the lock in the upper right corner of the GUI remains always unlocked. Is there something wrong with the settings? Edited ... by Huitzilopochtli error in descriptions Quote Share this post Link to post

Is there something wrong with the settings? Engage NetLock and connect, then in Logs tab click the lifebelt icon and paste/upload the output. The community can help you better with such technicalities. 1 Huitzilopochtli reacted to this Quote Hide OpenSourcerer's signature Hide all signatures NOT AN AIRVPN TEAM MEMBER. But really, please engage NetLock, connect and give us the resulting support file to work out what goes wrong there. I take it 2 and 3 are still not fixed for you. The day after my last post I had a problem because Eddie's GUI unexpectedly disappeared from my app bar. The ipleak test showed that AirVPN still worked but it was obviously impossible to access the interface. Uninstalling and reinstalling magically solved the last two problems so I didn't send the request to Support. Have a nice weekend. Quote Share this post Link to post
