Red X'd a server in Eddie and I can't get it back now

Recommended Posts

Just trying to learn something here about Eddie.  I was having an issue with a server close to me with low latency and Eddie picked that server quite often.  A few of the websites I log into were blocking that server's IP.  By removing it I could always sign into these sites since the specific server was never selected.  I have no longer been visiting these sites and now I would like for Eddie to consider using that server if it is best during the pre-login scan.  How can I get it back?  I don't see it even offered if I select "show all" in the client.  I realize I could blow everything away and start from scratch but I was wondering if there is some "tweak" I missed along the line here in the forum.

BTW --- these family machines are using the latest stable Eddie on Bullseye.

Cannot reproduce, even after restarting it. I disallow a server, it doesn't show in the overview, but it does with Show All.
What's the server you seem to miss?

Fang in Chicago.

Fang is going strong on some of my machines where I didn't block it as described above.  Again, this is minutes to start over, this thread is about learning a "tweak" if possible.

Got it.  Still don't know why and its likely a glitch on my end.

To recapture Fang I simply "red X'd" the USA and signed in from a different country.  Once logged in I selected "show all" in Eddie and I could see Fang.  I clicked to allow it and then signed out.  All is fine now.  For some reason on my end I had to "red X" the country USA before I could see Fang in the show all list.  Hmmmmmmmmmm!!

All good just one of those things!!!!
