how to pause bluetit

Hi, just a quick question: What is the best way to pause bluetit? Some servers block access when using airvpn, so I quickly need to pause airvpn. I use bluetit. So far, only disconnecting works - but I guess there must be an easier solution. What terminal command is best to pause and later resume bluetit? Many thanks!

Unfortunately, this does not work for me. I do not have any internet connection after it (and I don't use netlock). If I try to resume the connection, it doesn't work either. Instead, I have to delete the lock file, have to use goldcrest --recover-network and then use systemd start again to get an internet connection.

Maybe that's why. If you start the connection with Goldcrest instead, does pausing still not work?
