tami 0 Posted ... (edited) Hello, i tried to find a solution myself, but the most posts are many years old and i am just a windoof user, so if there is a working solution already posted....please forgive me I want to start automatically eddie if i restart my raspberry PI 4, with ubuntu 20.4 If i put eddie in the normal autostart (gnome-startup-applications). Eddie starts, but then want me to login:"The login keyring did not get unlocked when you logged into your computer" The only thing i found in the settins: profile data protection -> thats on "linux secret-tool....". Thx for help. Tami Edited ... by tami Quote Share this post Link to post

OpenSourcerer 1435 Posted ... If you specify secret-tool to save the profile settings, they will be saved to the GNOME keyring which you first must unlock with whatever authentication you configured there before you can read its contents (and therefore the profile settings). Is this not desirable, change the mentioned setting to Plain. 1 tami reacted to this Quote Hide OpenSourcerer's signature Hide all signatures NOT AN AIRVPN TEAM MEMBER. tami 0 Posted ... It can be all so simple.... with knowledge lol Thanks, worked. If I have you already here, may i bother u a 2nd time? Port Forwarding.... I always fighting with it in the beginning and also now its again not working... I installed a new OS on the PI and copied all settings from qbitorrent, worked all perfectly. ufw= allowed the port Still all ports closed. I think i remember i needed to change something in the eddie client too but..... Also in your client-test...your check says, no port forwarding. ufw its inside no other FW beside just fresh installed ubuntu As i moved the qbitorrent conf. it "has to be" the same as before....checked there and dont find any problem. eddie config i missed to save from the old run but not sure, if i needed to make there some changes too.
