Hi

I've moved country and I cannot get the vpn to work with my the wifi provided to me. When I open the eddie client, I see the following message:

"Unable to contact provider AirVPN to obtain bootstrap information. Please check your internet connection. If you are behind a restrictive firewall, please try to open a ticket for help. If the support team provides custom bootstrap URLs, please enter them below."

Any advice?

These are the community forums where mostly your fellow users reply. We don't have knowledge of alternative bootstrap server addresses, though some can be found in posts from the past. :) Tickets will get you there quicker, I think.
