How do i solve these error while installing Eddie-ui

I'm guessing you're on Debian 11. Note that current Eddie stable v2.20 does not work with Debian 11 due to the fact it transitioned away from libappindicator1 – that package is no longer in the repos and so the installation will always fail. You can, however use the current beta. On the download page, click Other versions and select Experimental.
Also note that on the same page you will find a short how-to on how to add the package repo to APT so that Eddie may be updated along with the system automatically. I recommend doing so for more comfort. It also fixes all these misleading Package X is not installed lines because APT will take care of these dependencies.
