ytms.one refused to connect.

Hello Support.

I would like to know to how fix this problem when trying to watch certain videos hosted on ytms.one and other sites
With proxy disabled - I can view and watch videos no problem.
As soo as I connect to a vpn server - I can never watch the videos I want to watch and the video is replaced with: 
Vivaldi Browser : ytms.one refused to connect.
Opera Browser: ytms.one is Blocked.

Curious website. Looks like some kind of money earning through video watching or something. So I can understand the website owners blocking proxies, VPNs and Tor, there's massive abuse potential.
I'd say, make an exception for all IPs of that website and route it outside the VPN. But I don't know how many there really are.
