Connecting to my raspberry pi remotely using windows Remote Desktop

Recommended Posts

I have AirVPN permanently running on my raspberry pi 3, and I want to be able to connect remotely using windows Remote Desktop like I do when I’m on my home network.
for some reason I’m not able to connect.
does anyone know what I need to do to be able to do this?

Connect remotely to the RasPi? Or from the RasPi to somewhere else? Slightly confuses me that you want to use RDP anywhere near a Linux system, but that's your beer.

Is the pi running Linux? See this:

https://github.com/tool-maker/VPN_just_for_torrents/wiki/Maintaining-SSH-Access-Using-a-VPN-on-a-Remote-Linux-Server

The script there will allow connections to the real interface from remote locations to be responded too while OpenVPN is running. Not just for ssh.
