Suspect Chinese ISP is blocking access to air servers

Hello,

Since yesterday, I have been unable to access Air on my home network. On bluetit, the AirVPN manifest can be loaded but there is a timeout when logging on with my username. I'm based in China. The problem is only with the username and password stage, as when I use Eddie to log on, the username and password have already been inputted and I can can begin to connect to servers, although the checking authorisation stage can take a few minutes before it will start to connect properly.

All of the bootstrap servers available in bluetit are affected and show the same behaviour.

It is a problem with my home network, as when I connect on a mobile network, there are no problems. Is there anything I can do to rectify this or am I SOL? Thanks for whatever support you can offer!
