How to exclude ip ranges

Hello. I want to exclude ip ranges in eddie from vpn tunnel
My ip starts from 62.74 but every time i reboot the router i get new one that changes after the 62.74
How to exclude the ip range in order not to have to enter manually my new ip every time the modem reboots at allowed ips in eddie. sorry for my english and thnx in advance for your support.
