Cannot install packages via apt when connected to AirVPN

This issue has persisted across every AirVPN server I've been connected to so far.
When I attempt to `apt install` one or more packages, I get network timeouts. Any ideas on this?

Cannot reproduce. You should check your OpenVPN client, its configuration and the profile you're using.
