hammerman 3 Posted ... what is the accepted way to determine the "fastest" server you can connect to? for instance, if i am physically located in dallas but want to connect to a server in canada, which server would i choose? i am using a router so eddie isn't used and i don't think that the general "canada" server will give me the best result. i've tried pinging a bunch of servers using their ip addresses and looked at the lowest time. is this correct or is there another way?
