Port Forward with hikvision attendance machine

Recommended Posts

Dear All,
i would like to ask your help. i am using 4G service and the ISP is blocking the port forward. i have hikvision attendance machine with ip address 192.168.100.166/24 and normally i can access the attendance remotely using DDNS and port forward but i have only one site i am using 4G router so how will it work if i configured AirVPN with the DDNS to resolve the public ip automatically and the port is 8000 TCP. how can i get access or how the DDNS with point to the local IP 192.168.100.166 of the attendance machine

If you connect to AirVPN and configure a forwarded port with DDNS, the name resolves to whichever server you're connected to. This is independent from the private IPv4 address or the port you mentioned, and the 4G provider does not need to support port forwarding at all in this case.

headoffice.airdns.org

You'll find only AirVPN server names under *.airvpn.org.
