Can you elaborate on that "Windows screen time out"? You mean when Windows autolocks itself after inactivity?

Disconnect occurs during Sleep or Hibernate. The connection says active during screen saver. You might consider adjusting your sleep/hibernate start time to a longer period found in the Power Options settings.
