Mac Big Sur hang/freeze due to Eddie

Since upgrading to Big Sur on my 2015 15" MBP, Eddie does the following:

• When unlocking from eg. screen timeout, the Mac will hang with 'spinning beachball of death', for up to several minutes, whereby Eddie does 'something' in the background and works itself out before the Mac becomes responsive
• Sometimes the Mac is still responsive within some apps, other times it causes the entire Mac to lock-up until such time as Eddie has finished doing something
• Eddie can sit and do nothing and need 'force quit' before it works again
• Occasionally I'll need to reboot the machine to work
• Sometimes 0 bytes sent/received and no data throughput until disconnecting and reconnecting to another server

Note this is on Eddie 2.20 and Mac 11.2.3

I've tried resetting to defaults, to no avail unfortunately.

Hmm .... well, I would suggest for starters, to either attach or post your log here, so those in the know, may possibly be able to help you. Other than that, open a ticket and let admin try and solve the problem. Also attach your log to the ticket. Good luck.
