subzone 0 Posted ... Hi Using Eddie for Android on new ASUS ROG 3 phone so uoto date android. When my VPN connects,it is always UDPv4. This is despite changing connection settings in Eddie. I assume the AirVPN script is overriding the Apps settings but why? or what other possibilities are there? I have settings in Eddie such as to use TCP rather than UDP for example. I also have settings for IPV6 etc. That seem to be ignored as well. Any clues for me? Quote Share this post Link to post
OpenSourcerer 1435 Posted ... There are two different settings: The ones under the AirVPN menu in Settings and the ones on the AirVPN Server tab in the app when you tap on the gear there. The ones under AirVPN (Default protocol/port/IP mode) refer to the quick connect but are only used if the Quick Connection mode setting is set to use default options only, the others refer to which options will be used if you connect to a server of your choosing in that tab.
