Hello, i have this problem

Exception: Rules not loaded OSX 10.11.6 - Eddie 2.19.7

it occurs since months... i gave not right attention until now, could please tell me what's mean the error and how to fix ? i got sam error also on old version of eddie, now i upgraded but didn't fix !
