Same IP regardless of when I connect

Recently I've noticed that when connecting to the same server, say Sargas, I get the same exact VPN IP every single time, and it used to vary every time. What could be going on with this?

If you mean external, try thinking about it a bit more thoroughly why this could be.
If you mean internal, you are right that you will get the same IP if you disconnect and then reconnect right away. If you want a different IP, change the connection port or something or wait until the info in the IP pool file on the server is updated (given with --ifconfig-pool-persist, default is 10 minutes, but I think Staff drastically reduced that to 60 or 30 seconds).
