noob question using forums (airvpn) on tor onion

hi this might be a really stupid question but when I'm using the tor onion for airvpn's forum I can't click on many buttons on old guides, like this one:

I'd like to learn about tor>vpn, vpn>tor etc but the drop down in " AirVPN Guides Section" doesn't....drop down.

Again this is probably something really simple im overlooking so go easy on me I'm a noob!
