You can't. You can only layer it on top of a Tor connection (VPN over Tor), in which case the IP of the Tor exit node will be what "the website" detects. It's an even worse idea if you're after geolocation unblocking.

And I can't use a proxy to do it ? just how to do it correctly ? will you recommend any pages, tools to try to connect (tor, proxy etc)?

A transparent proxy will do, too, but then you don't need a VPN if it's only geolocation unblocking you're after. A combination of those, however… hm. I know you can connect to a VPN server via proxy with the http-proxy directive, but the other way around…
