MacOSX Eddie >2.18 crash

Having installed 2.18.9 and 2.19.6, both Eddie's crash immediately at startup with the following logs in console:
 

Prompting policy for hardened runtime; service: kTCCServiceAppleEvents requires entitlement com.apple.security.automation.apple-events but it is missing for ACC:{ID: org.airvpn.eddie.ui, PID[33652], auid: 501, euid: 501, binary path: '/Applications/Eddie.app/Contents/MacOS/Eddie'}, REQ:{ID: com.apple.appleeventsd, PID[396], auid: 55, euid: 55, binary path: '/System/Library/CoreServices/appleeventsd'}

and
(2.19.6 only)

RBSStateCapture remove item called for untracked item 371-209-23499 (target:executable<Eddie(501)>)

I am running MacOSX 10.15.7 (19H2)

Help greatly appreciated.
