Stuck on 'checking route'

Hi,
I currently have a frustrating problem : every other day, Eddie wouldn't connect, being stuck on 'checking route IPv4' then 'checking route IPv6'  and 'Connection timed out' then disconnect. It's what I'm experiencing today (having a window of 20 sec being connected between two disconnections : I'm using it to send this message).
I don't know what I could do, because yesterday, without doing anything else, the connection was ok right from the start. 

Could someone have an idea about what to do ?
